Somatic Breathwork™ is a powerful emotional release technique designed to help you connect with & release accumulated stress and emotions in your body.

These pent up emotions stay in our nervous system, keeping us stuck in anxiety, stress, or depression; make us vulnerable to day-to-day stressor; and impact our health in the long run.

We need to release them.

01 — Work with Beth privately or in small groups

Book private, in-person or Zoom based sessions with Beth. Group sessions are offered in Laramie WY, at https://hotpowerlaramie.com/ Sundays at 4:30pm. Sessions are about 90mins long and are $20 a person. Limited people for each class. Hot Power Yoga, 352 N 3rd St. Laramie Wy 82070. Please book thru website.

02 — Each session uses music combined with guided breathing techniques to connect & release emotions from the nervous system.

Music is a powerful tool to assist you in finding connection during your session. Carefully chosen and curated, you will love the way these tunes progress you through a SBW session.

03 — Close each session with guided relaxing breathwork to leave you feeling grounded and positive.

Each session is unique and private, helping you connect in and find out what’s going on in your internal space. While great emotional releases occur during the active session, we believe it’s important to help the nervous system find it’s way back to a grounded, peaceful state before sending you back out into the world.

04 — Gain deeper understanding & connection with yourself.

Every session offers you your own personal insights and discoveries. It’s all there for you to explore inside of you - we just help you find the connection! You will be amazed at the understand & insight you will gain in these sessions.
